Job update

I'm really enjoying my job and starting to get the hang of everything - even the insurance. I never realized one doctor could generate so much work! When I worked at the hospital in Vegas it was a military hospital so we didn't deal with money or insurance. In my new office it's just me and his wife, they are going to hire somebody in the late afternoon when I leave for the day but for now it's just us. I even enjoy getting up in the mornings and getting dressed up - not sure how long that will last!

i'm glad you are liking your job. i've often wondered how difficult all the insurance billing stuff is thus i've never looked into a job at a drs. office. i DO like the fact that most of them around here are closed on friday's though...hmmm...and y'all are looking for someone right ;-)

I am glad your liking your new job. Very rare does someone say they like their job. Congrats again and if I was close by I would be applying for that job in the afternoons.... I really hate working in a factory!

Yeah for a new Job! Sounds exciting. I sometimes miss the dressing up and getting up for the work day....then when I was working I wished I could wear casual clothes and be at home..is there ever a happy medium? Do you work full or part time?

so glad you're enjoying your new job. Years ago I was a billing manager for a chiropractor and the job responsibilities were easy, it was working for the doctor that got on my nerves. She obvioulsy had a control issue. She wanted to be a doctor, a receptionist, a biller, a manager, a nurse and whatever else she could control. Needless to say I didn't stay there long.. But good luck to you and your new job..

That's great that you are liking your new job. I had a break between jobs when we moved here, which was well welcomed but I was soon ready to get out of the house with a new job.
