Brownies and bunco

Can I just say I love love love my new camera. I love that I can just put it in my purse and have it with all the time. I now want to take pictures of everything!

Last night was bunco night and I made these wonderful chocolate chip cheesecake brownies, they really are to die for. Too bad I didn't win last night!

Slice two prepacked chocolate chip cookie dough. Layer the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan with half of dough. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
Mix two packages of cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg and 1/2 tsp of vanilla. Pour mixture over cooked cookies.
After mixture is poured layer rest of cookie dough and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
so easy and so good!
after they cool refrigerate for a couple of hours and enjoy!

I'm dying here....for those cookie/brownies. I am afraid I will have to get to the store for those ingredients pretty soon.

I knew. I knew to stop looking when I saw the picture of that luscious - mouthwatering - huge gobs of cookie dough on the cutting board.

But no, I kept going.

And cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies are 2 of my favorite all-time desserts..

But I'm on ww now and I can only imagine that 1 Tbsp = 35 points.

Waaaah. Shame on you for posting these!

:) Michelle
PS - i love bunko too.
