Weekend review

We had a gorgeous weekend. Saturday I went to a Hallmark store, Sandy told me it was there annual open house. They had a lot of pretty things, especially Christmas stuff but nothing was really calling my name so I left empty handed. I had gotten a $10 gift card in the mail for kohls the other day, you had to spend at least $10 to use it. I needed some nylons which I hardly ever wear but now that it's a little cool especially in the mornings and I've lost all my tan I got two pair for $6 with my gift card. The rest of day was spent in front of the TV. Alabama was playing LSU and I thought I was going to have a heart attack before the game ended after 1 OT. Thank goodness Alabama won and are still holding onto the number 1 spot. Roll Tide!

Yesterday I made a big pot of chicken and dumplings, I just love them. Since it's just me and Shane big pots of stuff tend to last for days. It was nice coming home from work tonight and having something already made.

Thanks for all the prayers and good thoughts for my mom.

I went to the Hallmark open house, too! The one by my house always has goodies to eat that are so good. I love chicken and dumplings, too.

Oh I love chicken and dumplings! Thats greatthat Bama is still on top. I haven't watched much football this season..for good reason. haha. Although, I think the Titans are still undefeated.

Those Hallmark open houses are so much fun.
