I had a great weekend, Shane and I went to my parents on Friday when I got off work. We met Cole at the theater and saw the batman movie. I have to say I'm not a batman fan but I loved this movie and really liked the actor playing batman and of course Heath was great as the joker.
Saturday we went to my brother's house and layed around in the pool all day long and it was wonderful. My brother and SIL sold their house - in 20 hours! They have such a pretty home and I'm really going to miss their backyard but they want to build a bigger house so I was really excited for them to sell it so quick. They've lived in the house for over 15 years so they have lots of stuff to pack up.
Sunday after church we headed back to their house for more pool and sun and it was so hot. I know I said I liked the heat but this is getting to be ridiculous! Shane is staying with my parents for two weeks so he can visit with Cole and his cousins. Husband and I don't have anything planned of course I'll be working while he's playing. I think the excitement of my job is wearing off already, that took less than three weeks.

wow, 15 years worth of stuff to pack! it's ridiculously hot here too and i pretty much just stay inside all.the.time. sorry to hear the excitement of your job has already worn off but just think, you are moving in about 2 months and can get a new one.
Oh my it's so so so hotttt....yesterday it was just too much. At least you don't have to stay too much longer at the job and have a new place to look forward to!
