I made it!

I made it home, it really wasn't that bad, long but not that bad. Let me go back a few days. Thursday night the girls and I went out to dinner, we had such a good time and I will really miss them and all the fun times we shared.
the wonderful butter and garlic bread
pasta, chicken and veggies, this plate was so big, husband and I had enough for lunch on Friday.
Friday I was really busy although husband ran a ton of errands for me. I took these pictures on one of my errands. It looked like a black and white photo.
Saturday Shane and I left at 7:00 with eleven hours to go until we stopped. I ended up going down 95, I had looked up the directions on mapquest and it had me going a different way. So when I realized the GPS was taking me down 95 I knew I would be going through big cities which meant lots of traffic. I'm sure most of the traffic was from people like me going places for the holidays - it really wasn't that because the traffic flowed pretty good. After we stopped for the night and got situated I figured Jazz would be a sweet girl and go to sleep. I guess there were alot of people checking in late and she heard every one of them and she wanted me to know she heard them, so not such a good night sleep. Shane took pictures but I'm too lazy to get them off his camera.

Today we left around 7:30 and made it to my mom and dads around 3:30 (central time). Again the time went by pretty fast. While driving through SC I saw this truck, you can really read the sign on the back for it said Going home 2 Alabama, I thought it was funny and just smiled.
I'm finally home!

Your pictures of the snow are really beautiful. It's true, I think they look like black and white pictures too.
