Flowers and a friend

I have such a sweet next door neighbor, she gave me these mums on Saturday. There is a story behind why she did this. Saturday before me and Shane left for shopping her husband was talking to a friend outside and the friend has two little hellions I mean kids, the younger boy was trampling all in my flower garden and actually broke one of my pepper plants. I just happened to be walking by the window when I saw this. I thought do I tell the kid to leave or let it go, well of course I couldn't let it go so I ask the kid to please get out of my garden so he wouldn't get on my plants. Next door neighbor husband looked at me and said I'm so sorry the father of the kid just kept right on talking. When Shane and I started to leave I made a point (for fathers sake) of bending down in my flower bed trying to fix the mess the kid made. The father kept right on talking and neighbors husband just looked at me with sorry in his face. After we got home I was sitting on the porch and my friend came up with these mums and was so apologetic about the whole situation. I told her it wasn't her fault but she felt so bad about everything. Of course I accepted the mums and think they are so pretty.

That is so nice of your friend to do that. It's is shameful to think that the hellion kid and dad don't care enough to even apologize. The mums are so pretty...lovely colors.

Aww that is sweet of her....No wonder why the kid is a Hellion! He must get away with everything if his Father didn't even have the Decency to come and apologize or Have his child apologize....If that was me i would of been so apologetic and would make my child apologize too and offer to help replace the damaged plant somehow...
I raise my children to be respectful of others and others prpperity......
Keep those Pretty Mums out of your Neighbors kids reach!
