Day Trip (part 2)

Continuing with our day trip last week. This is at one of the beaches as you can tell the weather wasn't great and not many people out. I didn't really care for this beach, I like the one I've been going to much better. The sand felt really strange, it was very thin and dark. (click on pictures to enlarge)
I didn't have husbands powerful zoom lens but I was trying to take pictures of the mansions that surround the cliffs. You can go here to read about the mansions.
Shane was doing his best to get this picture, the mansion was stunning and so very large.
another mansion.
I'm not sure what this is, we weren't that close to it but I thought it looked kinda of different and scary.
This of course is me at the marina.
This is the biggest ship I've ever seen and they were pulling into the marina at a pretty fast speed.
This is typical 5:00 traffic although it was only 3:30 the traffic starts around 3:00 and ends around 7:00 it is horrible. On this day it was this bad for about 20 miles, I would hate to have to deal with it everyday.

I LOVE seeing all this. I have always wondered what the mansions look like up there. They are just big and pretty in your pictures! It's nice to see the different beaches and of course if I were with you, we'd be having to go get something to eat....LOBSTER ROLL.
