Bunco and good food

I hosted bunco at my house last night and we had some really good food. For once I remembered to take pictures. This first picture is some kind of chocolate thing, it had a layer of chocolate cake, layer of chocolate pudding, layer of whip cream and topped with butterfinger crumbs. Let me tell you this was absolutely wonderful, I went back in the kitchen several times for it. I'm not sure what was in the little sandwiches but they looked good.
This had chicken and vegetables in it, again I didn't try it (I saved all my calories for the chocolate dessert). I thought see did a good job on presentation too.
In the back was some really good brushetta (I did taste this one) she got the brushetta from Trader*Joes, I'll have to put this on my list for next visit. Also some stuffed mushrooms and a cheese and sausage plate.
This is seasoned homemade bread with a really good dipping sauce (also tried).

Oh my goodness...if you ever move here, let's start a bunco group...you and me and aunt sue! Heck, we don't even have to play bunco, we'll just fix food and eat!

All of that looks so good. I'm curious about chicken thing...was it chicken salad inside of it?

S - the chicken had some cream cheese and onions and peppers diced up (i think).

K - we really do play the game and it can't get pretty wild sometimes with everyone screaming.

That food looks SO GOOD.And OF COURSE it is lunch time right now. And my lunch wont be nearly as wonderful as that food. I'll take some of that bruschetta, some of that good homemade bread and dipping sauce, some cheese and crackers and a big heapin portion of that dessert thing. YUMMY. I've never played Bunco, but if having great food is a requirement, then I am IN.

Maybe you can teach me in October!
