All suggestions welcome

This is our front porch and I'm not real sure what to do with it. It's not real big so I think a chair would be too much, I've seen lots of different plants on my neighbor's porches. Also the ceiling is really high so hanging baskets are out of the question. I need something but not sure what so please give all your suggestions.
A closer look.

I think two pretty planters, one on each side of the brick columns. And over time you can add things to the porch. I think that would be pretty to start out with. You need to just go look at Duh! and see what they have but they are pricey....but beautiful things for the porch. Home Goods probably is a good place to look, too.

I was thinking the same thing as Sandy.

Plants for sure. I also think a nice little bench of some sort would look really nice to the right of the door, that way it will offer seating and/or a place to set pretty baskets of flowers or anything else you might like to add out there.

I agree about the planters. I wouldn't go with much, I tend to like the classy look of less is more.

I agree with sandy. Two HUGE planters, maybe a cute welcome sign on the door

i think 2 wire planters, tall ones that you can put big ferns in would be nice then you could put shorter plants under them with colorful blooms. OR only one planter on one side and a small wire bench or chair on the other. by wire i mean something that's open and airy vs. wood that looks too clunky on your small porch (although it looks big to me, but what do i know, lol). homegoods, tjmaxx are good places to look for such...or a plant nursery may have nice stuff too.

Matching upright topiaries would be absolutely lovely potted up in classic style urns. All available at Lowes.

maybe a couple of planters on each side of the columns. Kinda big ones with tall plants maybe ?
