We've had a really nice week spending time with my mom, my cousin and her family. They are staying at a condo on the beach - these are pictures of the bayside, they are actually on the top floor looking out on the gulf - hopefully tomorrow I'll remember to take a picture of the fabulous view. We've had a good time visiting and going out with them.
We've been hanging out at the pool almost the entire time. Husband has been the kids favorite person - he's been having fun playing in the pool with them and taking them for rides on his bike.
The rest of the time has been spent getting Shane ready to take his driver's permit - in Florida in order to get your permit you must take an online drug and alcohol test that last 4 hours and cost $50! That doesn't include the actual test you have to take from the driver's license place - some of the questions on the practice test are crazy - husband and I didn't even know them and we've been driving a really long time. Shane is hoping to take the test tomorrow so keep your fingers crossed for him.

Sounds like a fun week and the weather has been so nice for vacation! I had no idea the driving test had evolved into all that.

That test sounds crazy! I don't think you have to do much of anything in TN to get a license...which does explain a LOT! lol!
