Lunch and a view

Yesterday Sandy and I went out for lunch to this really cute little restaurant. She took more pictures than me so check out her site. I needed to run some errands afterwards so she joined me, I'm actually trying to plan a retirement party for my husband so we checked out a few locations. One not so good but cheap the other beautiful and very pricey. I think it will end up being at my inlaws house which is nice too. They have a pool and we could set things up around it if the weather continues to be this nice. This my lunch, a wonderful turkey and swiss sandwich.

This is at the Officers Club at NAS, it was such a beautiful view which also came with a high price tag.

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow when my husband finally gets home. I can't wait to see what Jazz and Nyla do when they see each other. I don't know if Shane is more excited to see Nyla or his dad (we won't tell dad that!)

Oh yum, that sandwich looks tastey. Hooray that your hubby is coming home. You should get some video of Jazz and Nyla seeing each other again.

That view is gorgeous!

That was a good lunch and fun running those errands with you. I bet it will be nice to have your husband back home and off that long trip here. I bet Nyla will be happy to have everyone together again!

I love sandwiches on bread like that. That look so tasty. Am so very hungry right now...

Yeah! A party! That will be so much fun for you to plan. Does your husband know a lot of people where you are now that can attend?
