Congratulations husband!

Today is my husbands last day serving in the Air Force, he only has to turn in his active duty id card and go by one office and he will be done. We've been waiting for this day for a really long time and it has been a very stressful process for him (us) but we made it. I'm so proud of all he has accomplished over these past 18 years, all the places we've been able to live and experience all because of his sacrafice to serve this great country. I'm so glad I don't have to worry about the deployments ever again, the time he spent in Iraq will do me for a lifetime as well as his mother! He has had a wonderful career which will now help him in post retirement. I just can't wait for him to get here and for him to take some time off and do exactly what he wants to do. By the summer we should have plans on where the next chapter of life will begin.

Girlville - husband should be home in a few days, he's taking his time driving down and will be in your area for a few days checking out all the racing stuff.
