The dish

Y'all really should try this Mexican casserole, I've named it "the dish". I tried this a few years ago when my mom made it, really the only thing bad for you is the chips and depending on how much cheese you use. I usually use a 9 x 13 pan, layer bottom with chips, then add cooked ground beef, pour chili beans over meat, mix the cream of chicken or mushroom soup with rotel tomatoes pour that over mixture and top with cheese. I bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
I use way too much cheese but I like it that way. I forgot to take picture before I started putting it on the plate.

oh my looks soo good will have to try to modify it so its without meat for me... thats way too much dairy and meat..

I make a mexican casserole very simmilar to this, but I use refied beans and tomato sause instead of chili beans and cream-of-chicken-soup. But I'm sure it tastes similar and it IS delicious. Yum-O!
