Trick or Treat!

I've got my bowl ready, I'll have to refill this bowl several times throughout the night, since we live on base we have tons of kids that come around. I usually limit my chocolate selection because I'll sit and eat it throughout the night. The past few years husband and I sit outside because it's so many kids. I lure the kids on the porch and husband hides in the shadows in a really scary costume and jumps out and scares the kids. He's careful with the really little ones but it is so funny when the older ones start screaming. We also have a smoke machine which helps him hide. Hope everyone has a fun night.

that sounds like a lot of fun! although your husband would probably scare me to death if he jumped out at me, lol.

Happy Halloween! My husband and I sit outside as well. He loves scaring the older ones. Since his back is botheringhim this year, looks like I'll be handing candy out solo.

What fun you have on Halloween! We have a bowl of candy too, but it's filled to the RIM with chocolate. Woman has had to resist all week! It has been difficult. Every time she walks by the bowl, she wants to stick her hand in there and stuff a twix in her mouth, but she doesn't, usually. LOL! She'll be glad when all that candy is out of the house!!

Happy Halloween!! That's a great idea about limiting the chocolate. I made my husband buy the candy this year, and I haven't seen it otherwise it would be half eaten!! I have started to recently LOVE whoppers though!! YUMMMMM

HAH...that is too funny about your husband scaring the kids. I'd be scared too. But it's too much fun to see them scared. The husband took our candy to work today because I was eating it...said he'd be home in time to hand it out!
