Weekend update

Saturday was a lot of work day! The neighbors and I went to get our free flowers and mulch. We had to bad our own mulch it wasn't so bad bagging it but trying to get it in the truck was another thing. Oh and it was around 50 degrees and drizzling ALL day long. When we got back home we decided to go on and start planting, we were dirty and wet anyway. All of our yards looked really good. We spent about 4 hours on them and let me tell you my legs and back were so sore, I felt like I'd spent 4 hours during squats! So here are the results, it will fill in and as the summer goes by. We decorate alot with rocks around here - remember these aren't our houses so anything free we use. I got most of my rocks are the beach last summer.




Sunday I went to home*depot to get some more plants to plant in my flower pot. I really need more soil, I have a few flowers let over which after taking this picture I'm going to fill in some of the holes and plant the rest in the yard. I also got a hanging basket which isn't in the above picture.
